Nice Budget Hotel Close to the Airport

Excellent price, the staff was friendly and courteous, free airport shuttle, and the hotel is close to SM City (mall) and the airport. Price included breakfast in its restaurant, portion may be inadequate to some people but it was enough for me. There's also fast food next to the hotel for those who want fast, simple, cheap Filipino food.

Cable TV was only accessible for about 10 minutes after I got to my room and then nothing/no reception. I just listened to my radio. The hot water supply was intermittent so shower fast if there's hot water. Otherwise, it'll be cold water. Perhaps, the heated water is inadequate when multiple guests take shower. The hotel needs to consider upgrading the facility's water heater capacity. There is no elevator in the hotel. A staff member did carry my luggage to my room.

It was a nice place to stay. Handy for the airport.

Plug sockets very high on the wall. It is difficult to charge phones and other devices unless you have a very long cable. It's very noisy with traffic on the main road.

Close to airport but don't expect much

Location was close to the airport which was our reason for booking. Staff was very friendly and helpful! Price was reasonable. Breakfast had a few choices, was ok but nothing special. Free airport shuttle was a plus, just know you might not get the exact departure time you want. It runs from 6 am to 6 pm.

We booked a deluxe room but it did not feel like it. The room was small, facing the street that had very heavy and noisy traffic. In the bathroom the faucet of the sink was loose, and also the toilet seat was loose. Electric outlets were unpractically placed. No elevator. A bit run down.

Location from the airport ok but very DIRTY and noisy as its situated along the busy road.

Quite accessible to the Ninoy Aquino International Airport. The shopping mall SM Sucat is within walking distance. Receptionist was ok. Free airport shuttle from the airport but have to pay the toll-fee yourself. Possibility of early check-in which is charged 200 PHP/hour.

Poor cleanliness, a lot of cockroaches, some mosquitoes and small rats inside our hotel room. The pillows were quite uncomfortable and the toilet floor poorly draining so if you're showering expect to be stepping similar to a water flood in Manila. Breakfast food ok but the service is very very slow! Also broken safety box, the batteries drained and they can't replace it. They also have a detached electric wallplug. It says all about poor maintenance similar to the presence of rodents and cockroaches and the very old towels. The curtains in the room aren't fully able to block the lights into the room. However, the worst thing is the business of the road also during night time, the rooms have no insulation at all! barely had sleep. Also, noise from other rooms is easily audible. So avoid this place if you are quite noise-sensitive, earplugs don't help either. On our 3-day stay, no housekeeping services were provided. At least under the table was also obviously not cleaned after the previous client left with some trash scattered on the floor.

Cheap airport hotel

Close to airport, cheap accommodation & close to restaurants they have free breakfast which was good. & there own restaurant which was reasonably priced. Good cable TV with English speaking programs.

the property was very quiet

The hotel shuttle now has limited hours of operation. My flight arrived at about 10:00 pm and the shuttle was not available. I previously stayed here and the shuttle was available into the late evening.

I booked a deluxe double expecting a city view. First room was not pleasant, second choice wasn’t much better. No windows in the room, so no city view. Rooms were tatty but sheets were clean.

Staff were friendly, they helped us with the luggages as there is no lift. The toilet is clean which is a plus for me.

Room was located near kitchen or the kitchen exhaust? Our room smell of cook food. Also WiFi was not working inside our room, we have to stand in the door or outside hallway to get access. We only stayed for one night and I think it's an old hotel under renovation so, it was just an okay stay. As long as there is a clean toilet, comfortable bed and friendly/helpful staff we're good.
